WHO WE ARE

A Licensed Swimming Pool Contractor With Years of Experience

EML Pool and Spa comes to you as Citrus County’s longest standing pool contractor, founded by Bill and Camille Losciale 42 years ago in 1976. EML is now owned and operated by their son Larry and his daughter Kayla. Though we have grown from our humble “mom and pop” beginnings, it remains a family business.

EML is also Citrus County’s only full service pool company, offering not only the highest quality fiberglass pools but also a service route and retail location. Larry holds state wide licenses in several building disciplines including CPC (pool and spa contractor), CBC (building contractor), HI (home inspector) and State Certified Proctor for subcontractor exams. Over the years our drive for excellence has lead us to put together a highly trained, educated and experienced staff. In fact we are the only pool company in Citrus County to have an Aquatic Engineer on staff. Additionally we are active in several industry associations both local and statewide. Our participation in these groups has allowed us to take part in the writing of several industry standards and helps to keep us on the cutting edge.

EML has built, repaired, remodeled and maintained virtually every type of pool, both residential and commercial. This expertise eventually brought us, in 1997, to San Juan fiberglass pools. Since that time EML has installed well over 450 San Juan pools, some as far away as Bermuda. EML has consistently been awarded San Juan’s “Dealer of Excellence” award year after year‐ A prestigious award given to only 16 dealers nationwide.
